PRICING
At this time, Hutchins Home Therapy is a private pay company for speech and language therapy services. We are not currently accepting insurance. Current forms of acceptable payment are cash, check, and electronic payment.
A superbill can be provided upon request to receive reimbursement from insurance companies. I highly recommend contacting your insurance provider to determine reimbursement rates for out of network services.
Evaluations are $300. A full report and Q&A session are included.
Sessions are $150 for 60 minutes. 45 minutes of direct treatment, 10 minutes for parent debrief, and 5 minutes allotted for documentation.

Will my HSA, FSA, or HRA cover the cost of therapy?
Under most circumstances, speech therapy is eligible for reimbursement through a FSA (Flexible Spending Account), HSA (Health Savings Account), and HRA (Health Reimbursement Account). I recommend you contact the administrator of your HSA or FSA to confirm that your child’s services are covered under the terms of your account.
What if I have a PPO?
Hutchins Home Therapy is not in network with any insurance companies. However, with a PPO plan, you can often receive services from an out of network provider and get reimbursed by your insurance company through Superbills. You should confirm your out-of-network insurance benefits before your child starts therapy if you plan on seeking out-of-network reimbursement.
